Install It In 4 Steps
Download the zip
Click the green button above. The file lands in your Downloads folder as AMDFocus.zip
Unzip it
Open your Downloads folder, RIGHT CLICK on AMDFocus.zip, and choose Extract All, then click Extract. A new AMDFocus folder appears with the files inside.
Important: do not run anything from inside the zip preview window. Extract first, then run. Windows blocks apps launched straight out of a zip.
Run the installer
In the extracted folder, double click AMD-Focus-Desktop-Setup-1.0.0.exe, accept the terms, and let it finish. It takes about a minute and opens the app when done.
Prefer no install? Run AMD-Focus-Desktop-Portable.exe instead. Same app, runs from anywhere.
If Windows shows a blue warning
This is a beta build, so Windows SmartScreen may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" box. That is expected for the beta:
The public release will be code signed and this warning goes away. Nothing is wrong with the file, this beta just is not signed yet.
First Time In The App
The app asks two quick things: whether you want it to start with Windows (say yes so your desk is always ready, changeable in Settings any time), and your first name and email on the desk so it can greet you and keep you in the loop.
Then look around: the login strip up top gets you into JoinMarcus, BPN, and your tools with one click and keeps you logged in. The sidebar on the right has your AI chats and tools, and the gear lets you customize it. The bell flashes when Marcus posts something new. The Vault stores your passwords encrypted on your own machine.
The included README.txt in the folder covers everything in detail.
